Ultimate Fitness Weekend
An intense weekend full of fitness activities in a beautiful outdoor setting. We will work on goal setting, individual accomplishments, team challenges and nutrition. And -- a lot of fun social time too!

Get ready for a wild one! This weekend is guaranteed to get you more motivated and worn out that ever before! Talk about exciting, this weekend will have you talking for months to come. Beyond any workout or boot camp you have ever done before, Ultimate Fitness Weekend will challenge you to reach new levels of fitness performance and FUN!
Fun and crazy workout activities including meditation, team challanges, a special stretching segment, relay races, endurance courses, and some water activities to keep you cool (don't worry - you don't have to be able to swim).
This weekend wouldn't be complete without some awesome food and great social time. Take home some great new diet and nutrition ideas from the meals we serve. Join in the nutrition discussion and come away with a different perspective on meal preparation.
There will be a massage therapist on hand Friday and Saturday. It is extra, but if you are interested please schedule your massage with the front desk and include your payment for the massage therapist when you register.
We will provide you with all the nutrition you will need including all meals, snacks, water, Gatorade even wine for dinner on Saturday. Saturday evening we will have a bonfire so if you would like any other type of liquid refreshment please feel welcome to bring you beverage of choice.
It is a bivouac style weekend so bring your tent and sleeping bag. Some may want to bring cots - sleep under the stars if you want. There is a maximum number we will take for this weekend - 20. Don't Wait! Get registered now!

What you will need to bring:
Tent, Sleeping Bag, Pillow, Running shoes, Filp Flops for down time, 3-4 sets of workout clothes, Lounging Clothes, Jacket, PJ's, Sunglasses, Sunscreen and Hat. Swimsuit and Beach Towel, Water Shoes are optional, Toiletries, Medication, Insect Repellent, 2 Towels and a wash cloth, Flash Light, IPOD, CD Player, Camera, Inner Tube, Floating Mat, Noodle, ect. Extra drinks or Snack you might want.
