We are in the Shoppes at Hawk Ridge, conveniently located near the intersection of Highways 40 and N in Lake St. Louis, Missouri. Our spacious studio is clean, bright and well laid out. We currently serve clients and students from the greater St. Charles County area including Wentzville, O'Fallon, St. Peters and St. Charles. Our goal is to be the best at what we do and bring that experience to you.  We focus on high-energy Cardio Kickboxing workouts, fun and child-friendly Karate Kids classes, authentic martial arts instruction in Tae Kwon Do, a totally intense Boot Camp, and one of a kind Personal Training.
